GA8560 is the OTP chip for the G85XX families. It build in 2Mbit ROM size to cover the correspondent items in the duration of less than 60 seconds. The GA8560 operates over a wide voltage range from 2.2V to 5.5V in the system frequency of 4~8MHz. The GA8560consists of H/W synthesizer and mixer to implement 1-ch Speech plus dual tone melody sound effect. It also built in PWM/DAC audio output, IR, WDT and LVR.
